Bessel and Alabama Tech Hub Launch Medtech Accelerator

They'll learn how to plan, secure funding, and bring their ideas to life.
Once the program concludes, the companies might receive financial support from Hatch Fairhope. In return, they'll give a portion of their company ownership.
This funding opportunity will be available after showcasing their ideas to potential investors during final events in Fairhope.
Chris Danek, the CEO of Bessel, talked about a group of skilled investors who have a track record of investing in medical device companies.
These investors will provide ongoing support to the participating companies as they expand.
Hatch is a space where tech entrepreneurs can work and receive assistance. It's financially supported by Coastal Alabama Community College, the City of Fairhope, and the Baldwin Community + Economic Development Foundation.
Hatch facilitates connections between its medical technology startups and institutions like USA Health South and the University of Alabama Medical Center.
